About the role Captain position flying Citation XLS aircraft based in Smyrna, TN for Contour Aviation. Minimum requirements - ATP certificate with PIC type rating for Citation XLS - First-Class Medical Certificate - Valid U.S. passport - English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) - Total flight time: 3,500 hours - Pilot in command: 2,000 hours - Multi engine land: 2,500 hours - Multi engine PIC: 1,500 hours - Instrument: 250 hours - Turbine engine: 2,000 hours - Valid driver's license with good driving record - Ability to lift 75 lbs routinely - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States - Ability to comply with ICAO age restrictions for international travel Other requirements - Fluent English proficiency; Spanish proficiency preferred but not required - Professional interpersonal skills with customer-focused attitude - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and submit to random testing - Must pass 10-year work history background check and TSA security checks - No excessive check ride failures - No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents - Adherence to all safety regulations and regulatory requirements
