About the role Experienced First Officer position for Embraer 175 operations based in Medford with Horizon Air. Minimum requirements - 200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time to serve as pilot in command in Part 121 operations (per FAR 121.436(a)(3)) with multiple qualifying pathways including Part 121 SIC, Part 91/135 PIC, or military experience - Minimum 1,465 hours total flight time or R-ATP qualified - 500 hours cross-country flight time (200 if R-ATP or military qualified) - 100 hours night flight time - 250 hours pilot in command time including 100 hours cross-country and 25 hours night - 75 hours instrument flight time in actual or simulated conditions - 25 hours multi-engine flight time - FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings - Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate - FCC restricted radiotelephone operator permit - Valid passport allowing unrestricted US travel - Valid driver's license - Minimum age 21 years old - Authorization to work in the US - English communication ability - High school diploma or equivalent - Must accept base assignment in Seattle, Portland, Spokane, Boise, Medford, Anchorage, or Everett based on company need - Willingness to work multiple days away from home with varied schedule including weekends and holidays Other requirements Preferred qualifications include 100 hours multi-engine flight time, 100 hours flown in last 12 months, and four-year degree from accredited university.
