About the role First Officer position on Citation XLS aircraft based in Smyrna, TN with Contour Aviation. Minimum requirements - Commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine rating - SIC type rating for Citation XLS - First-class medical certificate - Total flight time: 1,200 hours - Pilot in command: 250 hours - Multi-engine land: 25 hours - Instrument time: 75 hours - Valid U.S. ATPL certificate with PIC type rating for the aircraft - English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) - Current, valid passport - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States - Ability to comply with ICAO age restrictions for international travel - Valid driver's license with good driving record - Ability to lift 75 lbs routinely Other requirements - Fluent English proficiency (Spanish is a plus) - Professional interpersonal skills with customer-focused attitude - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and submit to random testing - Must pass 10-year background check, criminal history and fingerprint checks - Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays - Adherence to all safety regulations and regulatory compliance - No excessive check ride failures - No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents
