About the role First Officer position for Embraer Regional Jet 135/145 fleet. Minimum requirements - Be at least 18 years of age - Must have a valid driver license and good driving record - Possess a current passport - FAA Commercial, multi-engine land license, instrument airplane rating - Possess a current FAA First-Class Medical (verified at the time of the interview) - Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States - Fluent in English with English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) - Total Time: 500 hours minimum / 1000 hours recommended - Multi-Engine Time: 25 hours minimum / 100 hours recommended Other requirements - Able to pass: 10-year work history review, criminal history records check, reference check, national driver record check - No excessive check ride failures - Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and FAA/Company random drug and alcohol tests - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills - Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful situations under tight time constraints - Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not a requirement
